About Membership Types

  • You must be a registered member to use my Picturetown.
  • You can sign up with one of following two types of my Picturetown accounts: a “Free Account” that allows you to use up to 2 GB of storage free of charge, or a “Gold Account” that allows you to use up to 200 GB of storage for a monthly fee.

What is a Gold Account?

  • For a monthly fee of $2.99 per 20 GB, you can use up to 200 GB of storage with Gold Account membership.
    When you become a Gold Account member, you will receive privileges including the number of images you can upload, the number of images you can store in a single album, and a password option on guest pages when sharing albums.

To Upgrade from Upgrade Settings

Select Settings (settings) from the Settings button located in the upper-right of the "My Photos" page.

Access //icon// (settings) in the [My Photos] screen, and select [Member Information Settings].

A comparison of the features in each type of account is displayed.
After confirming the details, click the "Upgrade" button.

The personal information entry page is displayed.

Then follow the instructions on the page.
* In addition to your email address, customer information (name, address, credit card information) will also be required when applying for a Gold Account.
