Trouble Information

We are experiencing a difficulty, where some user's photos can not be loaded into My Photo interface and are shown in Question Marks.  We currently are working to fix this problem.

We have found a bug in our system handling the location information inside EXIF data.
In our current system, when you upload photos with location information to my Picturetown, there is a possibility that the location is 1200 meters (about 0.75 miles) maximum away from the actual location.

We are aware of this problem, and will update information as soon as we fix it. 

Meanwhile please save your photos in your PC before uploading them to my Picturetown as location information in your photo may change.
