Q: What payment methods are available?
A: Only credit card payments are accepted for Gold Accounts. If you are a registered Gold Account member on the 1st of any given month, billing for that month will be sent your credit card on the 25th. The actual date that your credit card will be charged may differ depending on your credit card company.
The following credit cards are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Q: When does billing start?
A: If you are a registered Gold Account member on June 1, 2008, you will be billed for the month on June 25.
Be aware that you will still be charged in full for mid-month cancellations.
Q: What happens if I don’t register my credit card information?
A: If your credit card information is not registered by July 1, 2008, your account will be temporarily suspended. When your account is suspended, utilization of my Picturetown may be limited. To reactivate the account, go to the Member Information Settings page and register your Gold Account member information.
Q: Can I continue use without charge?
A: If you wish to continue free use after May 31, you must switch your Gold Account (20 GB) to a Free Account before June 1. Accounts containing more than 2GB of data can not be switched to a Free account until there is 2GB or less data. Photos and video must be deleted as necessary to meet the 2GB maximum storage for Free Accounts. It is advised to download and backup data before deleting as deleted data can not be recovered.
