Downloading

You can download entire albums of pictures to computers.

●If using a Windows computer

1. Select an album from My Albums in the Library.
   
   
2. Click on the [Download] button.
   The Download window appears.
   
   
   
3. If Resolution Preference radial buttons appear, select a size.
   
   
4. Click on the [Download] button.
   The File Download window appears.
   
   
   
5. Click on the [Save] button.
   The Save as window appears.
   
   
6. Specify where to save the album and click on the [Save] button.
   The image files are compressed in ZIP format and downloaded to the specified location.
   
   Memo:
   If the Download complete window appears, click on the [Close] button.
   
   
7. Click on the [Cancel] button on the Download window.

●If using a Mac computer

1. Select an album from My Albums in the Library.
   
   
2. Click on the [Download] button.
   The Download window appears.
   
   
   
3. If Resolution Preference radial buttons appear, select a size.
   
   Memo:
   The Downloads window of Mac OS also appears. Close it after completing the download. 
   
   
   
4. Click on the [Download] button.
   A folder is created on the desktop and the image files are downloaded into that folder.
   
   
5. Click on the [Cancel] button on the Download window.
